Position Summary Huron’s Healthcare Technology Services Group (HTSG) works with healthcare organizations to solve their most complex EHR challenges, so we are constantly searching for skilled technical consultants to help our clients maximize their technology investments. Our Senior Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability. Join Huron and shape the future of consulting As a Senior EHR Adoption Consultant you will: Lead a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Provide insights on Oracle Cerner systems workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements. Develop change management strategies to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative. Create solutions to mitigate organizational impacts of change initiatives that lead to successful adoption. Deliver solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs, enhancing both impact and accessibility across healthcare services Qualifications Required: A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing Oracle Cerner systems in hospital systems performing testing, configuration and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity. Experience in EHR Change Management, training or learning. Skilled in the design and deliver of training programs for healthcare providers and staff on the use of Oracle Cerner. Willingness and ability to travel weekly (typically Monday through Thursday) when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely. Complete all client vaccination and health requirements including proof of vaccinations.
