About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive significant revenue growth and expand our client base.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director, Client Management, and be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals that align with Epsilon's strategic objectives.

You will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering customized sales presentations that address client pain points and help them achieve their marketing goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.
  • Secure new contracts by effectively negotiating and closing deals with clients.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients, managing their accounts and ensuring satisfaction with Epsilon's solutions.
  • Continuously develop skills in consultative selling, strategic planning, and data analysis.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and AdTech solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales stories.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for driving results.
What We Offer

Epsilon offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a rewarding career, we offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a comprehensive benefits package.
