P.F. Chang's seeks a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow our catering and dine-in events business.

In this pivotal role, you will leverage your experience in sales and marketing to drive new business opportunities that meet P.F. Chang's key performance metrics while surpassing guest expectations. Your expertise in local marketing strategies will be crucial in representing our brand, fostering awareness, and cultivating exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and responsible for growing our catering and dine-in events business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and the community within the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement sales and lead generation strategies to meet event sales targets.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for business to business (B2B) sales and lead generation, focusing on corporate dinners, events, and off-premise catering.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and email outreach (goal is 100 contacts/day).
  • Represent the company at community marketing events to boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate client site visits and tastings with restaurant General Managers.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation, negotiate contracts, arranging event menu to meet client expectations, post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Partner with restaurant General Managers to deliver exceptional dining events.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or combined sales and restaurant/hospitality experience.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong B2B sales and lead generation background.
  • Proficient in CRM technology and cold outreach.
  • Experience in organizing and participating in marketing events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance; must meet company delivery criteria.
Working Conditions:
  • Travel up to 25%.
  • Drive up to 4 hours at a time; air travel for longer trips.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day.
  • Lift and transport objects up to 30 pounds.
  • Work in varying temperatures, including warm kitchen conditions.


Compensation: In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly commission and annual bonus plus attractive benefits package and paid time off plan.

P. F. Chang's Pay $70,000 / year plus commission and bonus potential
