Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in a given geography. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a regional sales force, developing and executing a business plan, and driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Regional Sales Force
    • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and Execute Business Plan
    • Create and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales and revenue goals.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers and end-users.
  • Drive Sales Growth and Revenue
    • Meet or exceed regional revenue goals and profit margin targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and market share within the given region.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 8-10 years of related experience in sales management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Demonstrated track-record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Successful track-record of building strong customer relationships.
    • Ability to work independently and achieve results.
    • Management/leadership experience preferred.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales strategies.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical thinking ability, problem-solving skills, and initiative.
