Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in a given geography. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a regional sales force, developing and executing a business plan, and driving sales growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Regional Sales Force
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and Execute Business Plan
- Create and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers and end-users.
- Drive Sales Growth and Revenue
- Meet or exceed regional revenue goals and profit margin targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume and market share within the given region.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8-10 years of related experience in sales management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated track-record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Successful track-record of building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and achieve results.
- Management/leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking ability, problem-solving skills, and initiative.
