Responsibilities:
  • Coach, motivate and train the Call Center Reps to exceed team goals
  • Work closely with General Manager to achieve sales goals
  • Communicate and align with the other departments and functions.
  • Create sales and marketing strategies and objectives through analyzing profit and loss projections.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics. Develop new and/or revised sales process according to these measurements.
  • Mentor and develop Call Center team to appropriate sales metrics.
  • Weekly coaching based on sales reports.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as needed.
  • Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests.
  • Convert Customers to Members
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a Customer Service and SALES oriented position
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of leading a team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Service Titan Experience (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances
