KI is searching for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Sales Operations/Pallas Textiles Team at our Corporate Office in Green Bay, WI Pallas Textiles is the fabric division of KI.
This Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support to assist the Pallas Vice President, Sales Operations Manager and Pallas Operations team in daily functions for the Pallas brand. This role also supports new product development, sales and operations duties. Additionally, this role provides back-up support for the Order Entry team during peak sales periods and vacations.
The ideal candidate will have an Administrative Professional Associate's degree or a degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role is preferred.
