Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant to manage our front desk and provide comprehensive support to our team. You will be responsible for organizing events, providing backup support, and handling various clerical duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
+ Manage the front desk and office phone system.
+ Project filing of past and current projects.
+ Organize various aspects of event planning and management such as off-site retreats, company parties, and office gatherings.
+ Provide backup support to other project assistants within the company.
+ Proofread and edit correspondence, construction specifications, and reports.
+ Assist in the preparation of proposals, regulatory permit forms, and contract documents.
+ Perform miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned.

+ Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher software, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
+ Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to work with energy and optimism both alone and with other team members
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associate degree or equivalent work experience
+ 3+ years of professional administrative experience
+ Experience in the professional consulting field is preferred
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
