Key Job Responsibilities Prospecting New Sales Opportunities: Identify and develop new sales opportunities in emerging markets through industry knowledge, contacts, trade shows, and collaboration with Komatsu personnel. Achieving Sales Quotas: Meet and exceed sales quotas by securing recurring revenues and managing opportunities accurately through company business systems. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction: Deliver accurate and timely outputs to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Contributing to Forecasting: Accurately forecast your opportunities. Building Strategic Relationships: Initiate, build, and leverage key strategic relationships to drive business growth. Managing Opportunities: Oversee the opportunity process, including account planning, territory planning, call planning, and effective opportunity management. Developing Business Cases: Create compelling business cases, deliver technical proposals, and negotiate Annual Recurring Revenue. Contract Negotiation: Conduct effective contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure successful deal closures. Advancing Sales Opportunities: Advance targeted sales opportunities, improve regional win rates and market share, and scale strategic relationships. Maintaining Business Systems: Ensure compliance with business systems and maintain accurate records in Salesforce based on company policies, processes, and management directives. #MTS1 Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in the mining industry and/or mining technology. 5+ years of previous account management experience, preferably relating to the mining industry. 5+ years of experience in sales.
