The Growth Marketing Acquisition team accelerates growth for US by developing best-in-class, integrated digital experiences from the first touchpoint in the acquisition journey through onboarding. The Manager, SEO owns strategy and execution of the Search Engine Optimization program and will be responsible for the acquisition growth of the SEO channel. We are looking for a savvy SEO lead who can build and manage a high-impact SEO roadmap. This is a unique opportunity to join a high performing team and gain insight into B2B while partnering closely with various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition of new customers via the Organic Search channel.
- Facilitates the execution of technical SEO strategies with internal development partners and site content creators. Effectively communicate the opportunity for, and value of, website changes, updates, and performance recommendations.
- Collaborates and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that existing and net-new web assets are optimized for SEO.
- Coach / mentor to (Jr.) SEO Analyst(s) on Growth Marketing teams by explaining the why behind the defined technical strategy.
- Reviews final outputs from the (Jr.) SEO Analyst(s) on projects and develops related recommendations to ensure deliverables are client-facing ready.
- Coordinates with (Jr.) SEO Analyst(s) to prepare and deliver presentations or ad hoc.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required - Concentration in Marketing or a related field is preferable.
- 4+ years of professional work experience in a related Marketing role with exposure to how web content impacts natural search visibility.
- Keen attention to detail is essential to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and consistency when assessing client outputs by team members.
- Experience identifying key SEO performance indicators and success metrics and proven ability to present in group settings and directly to any/all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of technical, usability, and content-related aspects of a website and their impact on search and Experience deriving technical insight from Google Analytics, Google Search
- Console, and directly from SERPs.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
- Proven ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships
Additional Information
The starting pay range for this role is $50-55/hr. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
