Job Summary

The Card Acquisitions Manager will be a key member of the Co-brand Card Acquisitions team, driving towards aggressive card acquisitions goals. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Acquisition for Mass Affluent & Premium Co-branded Cards and support the portfolio growth of Chase credit card products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across Marriott channels, including web content, mobile, email, paid media, and on-property.
  • Support acquisitions efforts to identify, develop, and launch technology capabilities innovations, which will evolve speed of account delivery, increase efficiency, amplify consumer engagement, and drive overall portfolio and member growth.
  • Collaborate with external bank partner, JP Morgan Chase, to execute acquisitions strategy and initiative prioritization.
  • Manage ad-hoc marketing projects as needed, including supporting new card launches or card enhancements, to support Cobrand Cards strategic goals.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related major and 2 years of relevant professional experience OR 6+ years of relevant professional experience in related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.
  • Consumer marketing experience with a track record of success and career growth.
  • Proven track record of participating in large cross-functional technology and business projects with major bottom-line impact in large, complex organizations, using a variety of analysis, development, and delivery methodologies.
  • Comfort and passion for metrics, measurement, and financial impacts.
  • Superior relationship management skills.
