JOB OVERVIEW:

Collaborates across the Compensation and HRIS teams on the execution of projects, with strong emphasis on the projects related to salary administration, the year-end process, bonus administration, job evaluations, salary grades and other variable compensation plans. Monitors ongoing progress and works with the team to ensure timely and effective completion of the projects. Works closely with all HR partners & Sr. Business Leaders. Act as a subject matter expert on Sales Compensation matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages activities related to job evaluations.Works with team to plan and organize project objectives, timeline and strategic activities to ensure timely and effective project completion.
  • Provide guidance on and evaluate all current and proposed Sales Incentive & other variable compensation plans.
  • Conducts market pricing and analyses in support of pay recommendations and new hire offers. Provides guidance on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation and job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related issues.
  • Experience using Workday, MarketPay and/or PayFactors.
  • Manages special projects including salary review and administration, bonus administration, long-term equity administration.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned or required.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Minimum of seven years' experience in Compensation, including specific experience in incentive plan administration, survey preparation & analysis, job evaluation, salary structure and incentive plan development, or the equivalent required. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with sales/commission plans, including design and evaluation of plans.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, including high degree of competence in spreadsheet and database software, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft (or similar) including report generation.

  • Ability to lead virtual teams

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 12 or more years of management experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

  • Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.
  • CCP (certified Compensation professional) certificate a plus.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.

The posted range for this position is $95,990 to $167,983 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.

This position is eligible for a [bonus/incentive] not reflected in the posted range.
