Job Title: Compensation Manager

At Equinox, we're seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing compensation programs that drive business results and foster a culture of equity and fairness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer compensation programs, practices, and procedures to ensure market alignment and internal equity.
  • Manage the annual review cycle, including merit, promotion, corporate bonus accrual, and payout calculation.
  • Oversee the administration and governance of incentive compensation processes, including documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Conduct job evaluations, internal equity analysis, data modeling, and reporting to support corporate and field compensation programs.
  • Serve as a key resource for compensation data requests and support the new hire offer approval process.
  • Manage compensation survey data submission and conduct ad hoc market research as needed.
  • Support the development of internal salary structures and guidelines, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Assist with short- and long-term incentive programs and manage recurring equity processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 years managing annual compensation cycle, preferably at a manager level; minimum 1-year supervisory experience.
  • Experience supporting LTI and equity plans is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG and Shareworks.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple, high-priority tasks and projects simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.

Pay transparency: Salary ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 (salary to be determined based on multiple factors such as applicant's relevant experience, specific listed skills and abilities, internal equity and market data).
