Job Title: Compensation Manager

TEEMA is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to lead broad-based, variable, and executive compensation support activities for the Facility Operations segment of the Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead compensation support activities, including job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking.
  • Develop and maintain salary surveys and benchmark databases.
  • Provide analytical support for merit budgets, salary structure modifications, and incentive plan data gathering and reporting.
  • Oversee Enterprise Compensation and HR databases and ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Support and lead complex economic and cost impact models of compensation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management to review complex pay changes and provide recommendations.
  • Stay current with compensation trends and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Manage complex ad-hoc Compensation projects, analyses, and requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of compensation experience required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience required.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Experience with confidentiality requirements associated with the practice of Human Resources, Compensation, and/or Finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:

TEEMA offers a competitive salary range of $124,000 to $128,000 and a dynamic work environment.
