What You'll Do: Sales and Business Development:
  • Drive Sales: Develop and execute strategic plans to boost commercial vehicle sales within your territory.
  • Market Research: Understand customer needs and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead Generation: Build a robust sales pipeline by identifying and converting leads into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate: Work with the RVP and marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Demonstrate Products: Conduct field-based product demonstrations and showcase our vehicles at customer locations.
Relationship Management:
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, dealers, and industry influencers.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries.
  • Enhance Satisfaction: Conduct regular meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Upsell: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Track Progress: Use HubSpot CRM software to monitor sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Report: Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for sales management.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Travel: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Physical Requirements:
  • Desk Work: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
