About the role
Ensures efficient and continual plant vinegar production. Continually monitors production efficiency by taking production samples, making nutrient batches and taking physical inventories. Works in the plant during assigned shift and is continually checking production status while ensuring other sections of the plant are running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Monitors the levels of all tanks. Knows the vinegar flow in and out of tanks.
Monitors the production by taking and checking physical samples and making adjustments to ensure the production remains efficient.
Monitors filtration units.
Monitors nutrient levels in tanks, mixes batches as needed and adds them to tanks.
Monitors several pumping operations at the same time, aware of all pumping destinations and stops operations if necessary.
Qualifications and skills
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Two to Three years in a food or beverage manufacturing company preferred
SKILLS: Ability to adapt to customized company computer programs.
