We're seeking an experienced Director of Product Operations to lead our core operating cadences, performance management, and cross-team collaboration processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and facilitate key planning and decision processes for the Product organization, including solution reviews, roadmap prioritization, and annual planning.
- Identify, implement, and manage product management tools, processes, and best practices to enhance product team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and report product performance.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product operations, including process improvements, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Directly manage a PMO with ~8 people responsible for managing major technical and product-driven cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, data science, design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of product priorities.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between product teams and other departments, including report-outs of prioritization and product launches.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CPO, providing support in decision-making, strategic planning, and execution of key initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related field, with a track record of success in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic support role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for mental health and a commitment to Spring Health's mission and values.
- Competitive salary range: $200,800 - $245,000.
