We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at Dentsply Sirona. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of production equipment, monitoring and assuring quality of product, and performing other duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a diverse range of manufacturing equipment, including filling, labeling, and packaging machines.
- Monitor and inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area.
- Count and record production units and labor time.
- Train other production operators on various job tasks.
- Use statistical process control and automated software to monitor quality.
- Read and follow all safety and quality procedures, including wearing protective equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 months of production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
