About the Role: HR Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations our Illinois & Ohio retail and operations locations, this position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS maintenance, Employee Relations, Onboarding, Offboarding, and day to day administrative functions of the HR Department.

Skills to be Successful (minimum qualifications):

  • Associate's degree preferred, specialty in Human Resources Management, organizational development or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years of human resources experience
  • Strong in-house recruiting background preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
