Building on its global portfolio of opioid use disorder treatments, Indivior has a pipeline of product candidates designed to both expand on its heritage in this category and potentially address other chronic conditions and co-occurring disorders of SUD, including alcohol use disorder and cannabis use disorder.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will work with the Human Resources team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks for the Benefits department and help support the Global Diversity & Inclusion team, as well as assigned activities and projects supporting the HR department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

1) Processing of all C&B invoices
  • Be the central point for all C&B PO/invoices.
  • Liaise with Finance and global HR Budget holder for accruals and planning.
  • Manage process for new vendors.
  • Process all Benefits/Compensation invoices/PO's on time.
2) Support Wellness Program
  • Liaise with benefit vendors to understand and provide support to employees regarding the wellness program.
  • Coordinate wellness events, posting/distribution of program materials to employees.
  • Consolidate and report wellness program participation metrics.
  • Create and send out Monthly Wellness emails to US employees.
  • Coordinate wellness events (Biometric screenings, flu shots, chair massages, etc.)
3) New Hire Orientation
  • Help lead the Compensation & Benefits semi-monthly New Hire Orientation
  • Help to process all new hires on ADP (ACA requirement & LTIP flags)
  • Provide employee assistance with general benefit questions.
4) Compensation & Payroll Support
  • Support US HR Business Partners with entering SPOT awards.
  • When applicable, provide support with entering one-time payments.
  • Update payroll of any employee contribution/deduction changes for benefits (i.e. pet insurance)
5) Global Culture Survey

Indivior conducts an annual Corporate Culture Profile (CCP) for all members, globally. We partner with Heidrick and Struggles, who will facilitate the initial distribution and collection or results. Each HRBP works with respective functional leaders to determine how the survey should be broken down/rolled up to yield most meaningful results. We have a 2-week window for the survey to be open, and participation is strongly encouraged and anonymous. Results are distributed by Heidrick and Struggles after roughly 3 weeks and each HRBP shares the results with their functions to capture any areas of concern and any areas to positively recognize, The Human Resources Coordinator role supports the data management of function break outs/roll ups, through our people management system, aligns fresh census data, confirms appropriate data with each HRBP. When the results come in, the Human Resources Coordinator will carefully review the data for accuracy, create meaningful reports to include charts/graphs that accommodate the results, and distribute to HRBPs.

6) Global Diversity & Inclusion

Throughout the year, Indivior members are expected to complete Diversity and Inclusion training, offered by Heidrick and Struggles. There are different series offered, depending on the role as initial and on-going training occurs in addition to management training. The training is offered by registration through our iLearn system and assigned out to individual calendars once a registration is confirmed. The Human Resources Coordinator will coordinate this training with IT colleagues to ensure all members are appropriately assigned and completing the training. The Human Resources Coordinator will provide data report outs and assigning new training as new hires onboard.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in HR/Related or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Very good analytical skills/problem solving
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills
