Join us as a Facilities Mechanical Engineer in Corvallis, OR, where you'll be at the forefront of exciting projects that drive our clients' research, development, testing, and manufacturing.
You'll collaborate closely with client stakeholders in a dynamic environment to design and develop construction documents for complex manufacturing tools, tenant improvements, and facility upgrades.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree: in Mechanical Engineering from ABET Accredited University
* Three (3) years of practical application of mechanical facilities engineering, including HVAC, hydronics, process piping, exhaust, plumbing, and related mechanical facilities systems
* Engineer in Training (EIT) actively pursuing Professional Engineer (PE) License
Ideal candidate will possess:
* Two (2) years of experience working with complex semiconductor manufacturing tools either their manufacture, installation, or use in cleanrooms
* Proficient working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-discipline design teams
* Passion for buildings and construction
* Working knowledge of the Oregon Mechanical Specialty Code (OMSC)
* One (1) year field experience in an industrial facility
Other Requirements:
o This is an on-site position requiring work to be performed on the client site in Corvallis, OR.
o Must be willing to commute to the site Monday-Friday during normal business hours - nominally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with some flexibility based on ability of site to support and employee preference.
