Job description The Director of Revenue Operations will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of ePayPolicy's revenue-generating functions. This role will be responsible for optimizing and scaling our sales and account management operations to ensure consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of revenue operations, data analysis, and process improvement, and will be a collaborative leader who can work across departments to achieve company goals. In this role, you will: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with ePayPolicy's growth objectives. Collaborate with sales leadership to help set revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all revenue-related functions. Sales Operations: Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to support the sales team's success. Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast revenue, and provide actionable insights to the sales leadership. Marketing Operations: Partner with the marketing team to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and ROI. Facilitate alignment between sales and marketing teams to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Data Management and Analysis: Implement and manage systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on revenue-related data. Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms and departments. Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement operational improvements. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 4+ years of experience in sales operations, with a proven track record of strategic and operational success. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement systems (e.g. Salesloft), and sales analytics tools. Desire to exceed goals and achieve results; satisfaction derived from meeting deadlines and finishing projects.
