Austin, United States Olly Olly Full time

About Olly Olly

Hi, we’re Olly Olly. We’re a small-ish, but mighty team of digital marketing strategists, creative visionaries, graphic designers, developers, copywriters and account managers who solve problems — and we do it creatively. Our mission is to rid small businesses of sub-standard marketing help and provide "guaranteed happiness" to all our clients.

We run from the run of the mill. We run from lazy marketing. We run from safety. From easy. We run toward streamlined systems, proven results, and marketing that yields results.

We’re powered by curiosity. We’re curious about data, about facts, about the story behind the company, and about the people we’re trying to reach.

We play the long game. Keeping our client’s marketing needs our main priority is what makes us tick.

About the Role

We are looking to hire our first Revenue Operations Manager at Olly Olly. As a debt-free, profitable startup transitioning from a digital marketing company to SaaS, we launched the MVP of our product in May. We are looking for our person to oversee and optimize our revenue operations processes, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams, and ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM management (particularly HubSpot), reporting, and marketing technology.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Oversee and optimize the entire revenue operations function, including sales, marketing, and customer success processes.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment to streamline and enhance the revenue cycle.
  • Establish and maintain a robust reporting structure within the CRM.
  • Provide actionable insights through regular reporting and ad-hoc analysis using tools such as HubSpot and Sigma.
  • Develop and track key revenue metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements across the revenue cycle.
  • Implement best practices to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Actively collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the CRM and data are easily utilized by all team members.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between departments to support revenue goals.
  • Engage in financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment of financial goals with revenue operations processes.

If You Can Do These, That's a Nice Bonus:

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, focusing on creating automations to optimize sales processes.
  • Ensure the CRM is fully integrated with other systems and that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to ensure seamless data integration into the CRM.
  • Maintain data integrity and consistency across all revenue-related systems.
  • Oversee the marketing technology stack to improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Manage marketing email campaigns, sales sequences, and online event registration and attendance tracking.

We're excited about you because you bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a financial analyst.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM management preferred.
  • Experience with data integration and working with data engineering teams.
  • Proficient in reporting and analytics, with experience using tools such as HubSpot and Sigma.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology and its impact on operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience in finance, with a solid understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial management.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Flexible work environment with remote work options.
  • Collaborative and inclusive company culture.

If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for optimizing revenue processes and have a knack for CRM management, data-driven insights, and financial management, we would love to hear from you. Apply today to join our team and contribute to our success
