We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist/Manager to play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue-generating processes. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of collaborating across departments to drive revenue growth. If you are passionate about data-driven decision-making and process optimization, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a rapidly growing tech company.
Responsibilities
- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership teams to streamline and optimize end-to-end revenue operations processes.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation, sales prospecting, and customer retention.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to assess key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to support revenue growth.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, customer engagement, and pipeline progression.
- Sales Technology Management: Administer and optimize the use of sales technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data visualization, and other sales enablement tools.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the effectiveness of revenue operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication between sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment in revenue-related activities.
- Work closely with finance and other departments to provide insights into revenue forecasts and contribute to budget planning.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, implementing strategies to accelerate deal cycles and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast revenue projections and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Customer Lifecycle Analysis: Analyze the customer journey to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.
- Implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize customer lifetime value.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within the software industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and other sales technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Worked in a high-growth startup and comfortable with defining what needs to be done (and doing it)
- Excited to work in person in Austin, TX
This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
