Technical owner of systems for the MX (Mobile eXperience) PMO team and the GTM (Go-To-Market) program, especially Confluence and Jira
Confluence and Jira:
-Continuous improvements and process innovation to increase user engagement, based on best-practices and feedback from users
-Training to increase organizational knowledge
-User and permission management
-Reporting and dashboards for both program management and system usage
-Creation and updates of SOPs
-System issue management by working with remote system admins
Confluence
-Create and manage Confluence Spaces for PMO and GTM
Jira:
-Create and manage Jira Projects for PMO and GTM
-Develop project workflows and frameworks to support efficient program/project management
-Dashboard development via Structure or other reporting tools to report on program health and risk management
Gather feedback and derive insights from PMO team to drive improvements in program management process and PMO governance (apart from Jira and Confluence)
Skills & Experience:
-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
-At least 5 years of deep experience in Jira and Confluence, including technical administration, SOPs, change management, and training; relevant certifications will be very helpful, but not required
-Experience developing with JQL and VBA (Excel) to create solutions such as reports and dashboards
-Experience with agile project methodology
-Experience with PowerPoint (master template design and simple presentations) and Outlook (mailbox and calendar management)
-Useful experience, but not required:
-Understanding of data analytics and waterfall project management (Gantt charts)
-Experience with MS Project, Tableau, Alteryx
-Ability to work with Java, JavaScript, API integration
-SharePoint development
