As the technical lead for the MX (Mobile eXperience) PMO team and the GTM (Go-To-Market) program, you will oversee the management of Confluence and Jira systems. Your role will involve collecting feedback and extracting insights from the PMO team to enhance program management processes and governance.

The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of experience with Jira and Confluence, along with a foundational understanding of SharePoint development and administration. While expertise in SharePoint is not mandatory, a readiness to expand your knowledge in this area is essential.

Key Responsibilities for Confluence and Jira:

  • Implement continuous enhancements and process innovations to boost user engagement, guided by best practices and user feedback.
  • Conduct training sessions to elevate organizational knowledge.
  • Manage user permissions and access rights.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for program management and system utilization.
  • Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Oversee system issue resolution in collaboration with remote system administrators.

Confluence Responsibilities:

Establish and manage Confluence Spaces tailored for PMO and GTM initiatives.

Jira Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage Jira Projects for PMO and GTM.
  • Design project workflows and frameworks to facilitate effective program and project management.
  • Develop dashboards using Structure or other reporting tools to monitor program health and risk management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in Jira and Confluence, including technical administration, SOPs, change management, and training; relevant certifications are advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficiency in developing solutions using JQL and VBA (Excel) for reports and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
  • Experience with PowerPoint (template design and presentations) and Outlook (mailbox and calendar management).
  • Desirable, but not required:
  • Knowledge of data analytics and waterfall project management (Gantt charts).
  • Experience with MS Project, Tableau, Alteryx.
  • Ability to work with Java, JavaScript, and API integration.
