The Salesforce Systems Administrator plays a crucial role within the Sales Operations Systems Team, contributing to the Center of Excellence Organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and usability of our sales tools by promptly addressing and resolving support requests. The primary tools supported include Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Callidus CPQ, Clari, ClosePlan, and Callidus Commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets from sales personnel related to Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Handle a dynamic queue of support inquiries, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively triage Level 2 tickets to the appropriate stakeholders with necessary details.
  • Assist in the scheduled maintenance of systems through data migrations.
  • Adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
  • Oversee access and visibility-related concerns.
  • Contribute to the documentation of best practices and usage guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external clients and vendors, both technical and non-technical, within Sales Operations.
  • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning, adaptability, customer focus, quality assurance, and fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in an IT or Salesforce Helpdesk role, or Salesforce certification.
  • Preferred experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Proficient in navigating the Salesforce ecosystem and terminology, with an emphasis on data security and territory management.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and experience in a sales-oriented environment is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience in providing system and tool support to users.
  • A strong team player with a service-oriented mindset and customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional time management abilities.
  • A quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive problem solver.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Additional knowledge of ServiceNow, Workbench, Dataloader, and SOQL is a plus.
