CTG is seeking to fill a Deskside Support Technician opening for our client in Vernon, TX.

Location: Vernon, TX

Duration: 3 months+ with ability to go longer term

Job Duties:

  • Deploys new computer assets, installs applications as needed and performs initial startup activities.
  • Works with and updates Vendor Team Lead with written reports and documentation as needed.
  • Escalates all issues to the Vendor Team Lead, Project Coordinator/Project Manager and/or reports them into NOMAD.
  • Where applicable documents all issues and remedies of those issues in NOMAD.
  • Duties may include, unboxing new equipment, removal of all packing material and breakdown of boxes for recycling, imaging, prepping, and installing new equipment in accordance with the most current client instructions, uninstall old equipment according to deployment plans.

Skills:

  • Must have at least 2 years of deployment experience
  • PC experience with Windows
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
