From your PASSION to ours

The priority of the mission is to efficiently assist the Senior HR Manager in some functions while acting as a liaison between the teams and divisions. Coordinate with multiple parties and maintain the required time frame.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

* Create, update and implement the NYC Turn Over Action Plan. Communicate actions.

* Organize & coordinate various corporate events.

* Drafts all announcements to NYC staff.

* Coordinate visa process for all USA interns.

* Assist with intern & select employees recruitment selection; manages schools intern recruitment.

* Assist with NYC intern on-boarding process and ensure NYC interns are properly documented with SSA.

* Assist with LinkedIn and Campus Management communication.

* Collect & update information for NYC weekly itineraries, keep track & ensure UKG is up-to-date.

* Answer the phone, welcome visitors. Keep meeting calendar up to date. Assist with travel as well as visitors' needs.

* Control mail and package distribution. Prepare shipments. Coordinate messenger service. Verify billing.

* Responsible for ordering all office supplies. Verify all bills.

* Ensure all machines are working efficiently & liaise with corporate IT team, suppliers and vendors.

* Manage outside storage facility.

* Assist in liaising with building management team.

* Perform kitchen duty, responsible for office maintenance.

* Assist Lactalis Americas' upper management team.

Education

* Ideally incumbent will possess a minimum of a high school diploma.

Experience

* Two to three years related experience and/or training.

Skills/Abilities

* Should possess strong communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and a fast-changing environment.

* Knowledgeable of Word, PowerPoint and Excel programs. Very good typing skills.

* Excellent presentation skills with pleasant manners.

* Highly motivated, dynamic, efficient, and fast learning.

* Bilingual French/English or fluent in French. Spanish a plus.
