As the business continues to grow and reach new levels of success, our Manager, Catering Operations plays an essential role to ensure we provide the highest quality service and shared meal experience. Youll be responsible for hiring, training and managing the Logistics team. Youll develop training and processes around replenishment best practices, as well as create procedures and processes for ensuring client and vendor success. The day-to-day is fast paced with plenty of room for problem-solving. The nature of our growth position requires the ability to oversee direct reports as well as be directly responsible for client experience in seamless transition.
**What you will do:**
* Grow and manage ZeroCaters Onsite Specialists and Logistics team while consistently working to achieve budgeted forecasts for expenses and labor
* Build onsite specialist strategy and define client experience through the catering product
* Collaborate with business leaders in other departments to ensure client and vendor success
* Create internal client-specific training resources and standard operating procedures to ensure a consistent and elevated experience for our clients
* Build out data analysis and business operations strategy
**Qualifications for Success:**
* Inspirational leader with 3+ years of experience leading managers and individual contributors
* Experience in B2B catering, enterprise client experience highly preferred
* Ability to effectively hire, manage, and schedule a talented team of part time and hourly employees to achieve autonomy
* Extreme organization and attention to detail and commitment to follow through
* Effective communication and cross-collaboration skills
