How you will create an impact Handles more complex claims and complaints with increased visibility to leadership. These claims typically involve increased investigation and detailed interaction with insured, claimant, legal representatives and claims leadership, in addition to higher levels of exposure. Department technical expert to provide guidance through regulatory, OFR, & financial case review/feedback/approval. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for review of automated claim decisions and build of new products, benefits, and claim rules as part of the Travel Claims STP program. Responsible for review and handling of escalated complaints to senior leadership in partnership with travel claims leadership. Senior level travel adjusting role responsible for oversight and adherence to Operational Guidelines reporting, maintenance, and process to meet daily/weekly/monthly review requirements, as well as supporting management through continuous learning & training platform to deliver consistent adherence to Best Practices. What you will need to succeed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to solve complex problems.
