Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into claims, ensuring all relevant documentation is reviewed and analyzed.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the claims process, providing updates and resolutions as necessary.
- Manage a high volume of claims with a focus on efficiency and accuracy, particularly for claims valued under $25,000.
- Adhere to all regulatory and statutory requirements in the jurisdictions applicable to the claims.
- Establish and review loss reserves, ensuring they are adequately documented and justified.
- Utilize best practices in claims handling to ensure effective and timely resolution of claims.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing claims inventory and maintaining organized records.
Qualifications
- Experience in claims handling, particularly in travel, auto, or warranty sectors, is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a proven track record of effective communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
