Job Title: Service Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a Service Coordinator with over 2 years of dispatch experience in HVAC. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and will manage the Service and Maintenance Technicians' daily schedules to maximize results. Key responsibilities include setting the dispatch board and technicians for service calls, ensuring that all service calls are properly completed through the technician debrief process, maintaining the on-call schedule for service technicians, and keeping the customer database updated with current information. Additionally, the Service Coordinator will provide clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers, including keeping customers informed of the company schedule and requested lead times. Handling customer complaints and issues to a satisfactory resolution is also a crucial part of this role.
