Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service / Dispatcher to join our team at All Service Equipment Corp. This is a full-time position that requires in-office work, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or text, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Enter new service requests and assign them to the appropriate technicians, utilizing our Web Board tools to optimize technician schedules and maximize utilization.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless task completion and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule parts jobs in advance, confirming appointments with customers and utilizing analytics to drive decision-making.
- Partner with Business Units to schedule and complete recurring Preventive Maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Prior dispatch and direct customer experience or related work history.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of employees and customers.
- Ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment while maintaining company standards for customer service.
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Neat and organized work habits, including the ability to multitask.
- Ability to use analytics to drive activity and make data-driven decisions.
