For over four decades, DCI Donor Services has been a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list. Our unique approach to service allows for nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues while maintaining close ties to our local communities.

DCI Donor Services operates three organ procurement/tissue recovery organizations: New Mexico Donor Services, Sierra Donor Services, and Tennessee Donor Services. We also maximize the gift of life through the DCI Donor Services Tissue Bank and Tennessee Donor Services Eye Bank.

Key responsibilities this position will perform include:

Plans travel arrangements, itineraries, and compiles expense reports.

Assists with pickups/deliveries performed on site.

Provides calendar and schedule management for leadership.

Prepares correspondence such as memos, letters, and e-mails. Generates meeting minutes, agendas, and presentation materials.

Provides support to Advisory Board Members and coordinates meetings/events.

Coordinates new employee orientation for both full time and contracted employees.

Performs receptionist duties such as screening incoming phone calls and inquiries – as well as greeting visitors.

Oversees the fleet vehicle program and associated programs.

Travels to our Gray, TN office on an as-needed basis.

Performs additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have:

5 – 7 years of administrative experience supporting leadership required

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Comfortable in a Healthcare or Medical setting

Demonstrated exceptional abilities in the Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of integrity and discretion.
