Responsibilities

Monitor team members and observe performances to ensure adherence to resort standards and established operating procedures Oversee and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in and checkout of guests Proactive problem-solving pertaining to guest accommodations and rates Train and ensure all team members meet expectations and provide excellent guest service Resolve and take appropriate action on any Owner/Guest complaint or problem in a friendly, timely manner. Inspect and maintain the appearance of the front office areas Cooperate with other department managers to ensure efficient and effective operations and coordination of activities Become familiar with BOYNE’s accommodations, meeting facilities, resort services, common areas, and furnishings. Conducting Behavior that aligns with companies Core Values (LEAD) Additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager

Qualifications

Preferred supervisory and front desk experience Must be at least 18 years of age. You achieved a high school diploma or equivalent, are comfortable handling payment transactions. Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays. Previous point of sale software experience, and familiarity with Microsoft Office required.
