As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be the cornerstone of our guest services, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for every visitor. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you'll assist to lead the front desk team, manage daily operations, and engage with guests from check-in to check-out, making each interaction exceptional.

You’re not just overseeing the front desk; you’re the friendly face that guests rely on for their needs, resolving issues with professionalism and ensuring high standards of service. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining guest satisfaction.

You’ll also employ your organizational and leadership skills to train and motivate the front desk team, ensuring efficient operations and a positive work environment. If you enjoy leading by example and delivering outstanding customer service, this job is perfect for you

You will be working your magic on a full-time seasonal basis, in our front office, located in Bar Harbor, Maine. Your schedule will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The hours that would be required are 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.. The starting wage is $21 per hour.

Essential Duties

Lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional service. Manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes. Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. Train and mentor front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment. Maintain accurate records and manage reservations efficiently. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication. Provide a stellar customer service experience. Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Skills Required

Embrace our team-oriented spirit. Harness excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Education and Experience

Prior supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. We will train the right candidate.

Performance Measurement
