As a Front Desk Supervisor, you’ll be the cornerstone of our guest services, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for every visitor. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you'll assist to lead the front desk team, manage daily operations, and engage with guests from check-in to check-out, making each interaction exceptional.
You’re not just overseeing the front desk; you’re the friendly face that guests rely on for their needs, resolving issues with professionalism and ensuring high standards of service. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining guest satisfaction.
You’ll also employ your organizational and leadership skills to train and motivate the front desk team, ensuring efficient operations and a positive work environment. If you enjoy leading by example and delivering outstanding customer service, this job is perfect for you

You will be working your magic on a full-time seasonal basis, in our front office, located in Bar Harbor, Maine. Your schedule will include weekdays, weekends, and holidays. The hours that would be required are 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.. The starting wage is $21 per hour.

Essential Duties
Lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional service.
Manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
Train and mentor front desk staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Maintain accurate records and manage reservations efficiently.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and communication.
Provide a stellar customer service experience.
Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
Prior supervisory experience in hospitality or customer service preferred. We will train the right candidate.
