Assistant Front Desk Manager

Join Azul Hospitality as an Assistant Front Desk Manager and take on a challenging role that requires exceptional leadership and customer service skills. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk Department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Front Desk Operations: Ensure efficient guest registration, check-out, and telephone service, while maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Direct and train front desk staff, assist with new-hire and ongoing training, and participate in the hiring process of new staff members.
- Revenue Growth: Maximize hotel revenues through upselling, occupancy strategies, and parking revenue management.
- Guest Service: Ensure that all guest requests are handled courteously and professionally, and that guest complaints and problems are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Review current day's expected arrivals, check VIP and special request reservations, and review daily room availability to ensure proper staffing levels and optimal revenue management.
- Education: High School Diploma and College Degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous Front Desk operations experience required, with 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to analyze and forecast data, and make judgments to ensure proper payroll and production control.
- Competitive Salary: $28.00 hourly.
