Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to join our team. How you create impact: Create engaging, and informative content across various formats such as job stories, before and afters, blog posts, articles, case studies and social media posts for internal and external purposes. Execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, newsletters, social media, and content creation Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and respond to customer inquiries and comments. Respond to customer reviews to elaborate on the customer experience and reinforces the company’s brand. Develop and implement effective content strategies to drive brand awareness, engage our target audience, and generate leads. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Manage and inventory trade show equipment. Monitor and evaluate trade show performance, gathering feedback and implementing improvements for future events. Oversee select trade shows, including registration, booth transportation, onsite team preparation and travel, cross-functional communication, PowerPoint deck creation and presentations, reporting/budget, and all other logistics. Oversee attire, swag and collateral ordering and ongoing inventory. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, sales, and technical subject matter experts to align content initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and business goals.

This is a hybrid position that requires some local travel during trade show season. While this position is hybrid, we are looking for someone to be onsite 2-3 days a week or as needed to meet their individual position’s needs.

Schedule:

Occasional weekend work may be required January-March during trade show season

What makes you stand out: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or related field

3-5 years of experience in a similar role or relevant work experience Excellent writing skills and expertise integrating brand voice into B2C communications. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects. Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail. Solid understanding of social media channels, strategies, analytics, and history managing customer conversations Experience in trade show and event management in the B2C space. Strong time management and attention to detail skills. Strong acumen of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Salesforce. Be willing and able to travel to events as needed. Ability to work cross-functionally with strong collaboration skills. You must be physically able to assist in booth setup and teardown, being able to lift 20 lbs. and maneuver large totes and equipment.
