Advance your career as a proficient Email Marketing Automation Specialist within ALG Vacations. In this position, you will conceptualize, construct, and oversee automated email marketing initiatives utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance B2B business growth. You will collaborate with various departments to bolster their email marketing strategies, with a specific emphasis on improving our Sales Team's email operations through content collection, audience segmentation, automation, and training.

Key Responsibilities of the Email Marketing Automation Specialist include:

  • Overseeing all B2B automated email marketing campaigns and processes within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Evaluating email marketing requests and identifying automation opportunities across different teams
  • Developing and implementing new automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud tailored to business requirements
  • Providing onboarding, training, and assistance to the Sales Team for their email marketing initiatives
  • Reviewing B2B email campaigns and workflows for the Sales Team to ensure adherence to best practices and internal standards
  • Managing the Sales Team's email marketing databases and defining suitable audience segments for new campaign types
  • Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) of automated email campaigns to establish targets and ensure performance goals are achieved or surpassed
  • Utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other relevant tools and platforms effectively

Qualifications for a successful Email Marketing Automation Specialist include:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Marketing role, with a preference for email marketing automation experience
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email marketing platforms
  • Ability to identify and analyze KPIs crucial to the email channel and derive insights for performance optimization
  • Experience in automating B2B email campaigns
  • Skills in onboarding, training, and troubleshooting
  • Strong capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and stakeholders effectively
  • An analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities
  • Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders across the organization
