Your responsibilities will include: Accurate scheduling of appointments. Efficiently routing messages to the appropriate departments. Warmly greeting and checking-in patients. Updating personal and insurance information. Collecting co-pays and payments on accounts. Monitoring the waiting area to maintain a smooth patient flow. Job Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Previous customer service experience is highly recommended.
