Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm

Position Overview: As a Patient Services Coordinator at Wee Care Pediatrics, you will be instrumental in ensuring our patients receive exemplary care. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Accurate appointment scheduling.
  • Efficiently directing messages to the relevant departments.
  • Warmly welcoming and checking in patients.
  • Updating patient personal and insurance details.
  • Processing co-pays and payments on accounts.
  • Overseeing the waiting area to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Additionally, you will undertake other tasks as necessary to support our commitment to outstanding care.
Qualifications: To thrive in this position, you should have the following qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service is highly preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare office environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with providers, staff, patients, and families.
  • Adeptness in managing multiple tasks in a dynamic healthcare setting.
  • A compassionate and understanding demeanor towards patients and their families.
  • Basic computer proficiency and professional phone etiquette.
  • A minimum of a GED or High School diploma.
