A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring partners to understand needs and identify the right talent
Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches and track performance data
Engage passive candidates, provide detailed information, and drive recruiting plans
Required Qualifications:
4+ years in-house technical recruiting experience at a startup or fast-growing company
Deep subject matter expertise in technical recruiting in the blockchain space
Ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize, and build diverse candidate pools
Self-motivated, driven, and resourceful with a proven track record of success
Experience in building strategies for identifying and hiring an inclusive & diverse candidate pool
