What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Execute full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and facilitating interviews

What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field

Experience with federal contracts, Healthcare IT, or staffing agencies is a plus
Remote work experience with a track record of success
Familiarity with recruitment and sourcing tools (e.g., ATS, Job boards, LinkedIn)
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (e.g., DOL, OFCCP, EEO, ADA)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to obtain a government clearance
