**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Customer Service: Assist in Taking, Submitting, and Processing Orders as well as running daily final production.

* Answering phones.

* Provide clerical support to the Human Resources department and production management.

* Gather and distribute employee information to HR staff and production management in a confidential manner.

* Assist employees with filling out forms and understanding procedures.

* Assist with activities of the human resources office including safety training, orientation and payroll system training.

* Assist with timecard corrections and approvals.

* Data entry, record-keeping, filing and handling routine correspondence.

* Able to work in the warehouse (wear a hair net, work with the workers on safety, work with production manager on schedules).

* Other duties as assigned

* Communicates with department staff in a clear and timely manner to maximize productivity.

* Must be able to grasp, push and pull frequently.

* Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

**Requisite Skills/Qualifications:**

**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent

**Previous Experience, Certificates, License and Skills** : 1 year experience in the HR field

* Must be able to read and write English; bilingual is a plus.

* Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.

* Must be able to follow simple instructions and rules.

* Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and able to think on their feet.

* Must be able to work under a timeline and meet timeline deadlines.

* Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.

* Must be able to Multi-task.

* Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

* Must comply with OSHA and SDS Standards.

* Must practice good hygiene and cleanliness.
