Job Summary

The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and candidate assessment. This role will partner with the Recruiting team to develop strategies that support hiring goals and provide weekly report metrics to assess recruiting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and select top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and career fairs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
