Requirements:

  • Experience: 7+ years of broad-based HR Generalist experience, with 3+ years in a manufacturing environment and 3+ years of management experience.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of HR practices, recruitment, organization development, policy administration, training, and employee relations; hands-on, self-starter with excellent communication and business acumen.
