Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.
  • HR Strategy and Initiatives: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Performance Management: Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • HR Systems and Compliance: Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 6+ years' experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases, in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership: Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company, demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
