Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

to join its team, focused on being the main point of contact for human resources concerns throughout an employee's lifecycle with the organization and partnering with management in engaging team members. This position requires a strong human resources acumen, collaboration skills, clear direction in performance management, effective time management, and the ability to have tough conversations with employees at all levels. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this individual contributor role is based near SourceAmerica's National Office in Vienna, VA. Responsibilities: Manage the entire employee lifecycle for employees of all levels in the assigned business unit at SourceAmerica. Execute position control, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations activities as directed by HR leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with HR team members on recruiting, compensation, benefits, and compliance matters. Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned. Salary Range: The salary ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 based on experience and location. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Seven years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in HR systems like UKG and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of HR experience. Master's Degree in a related field. HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar systems. Work Environment: Hybrid work model with minimal travel requirements.
