This high visibility and on-site position will focus on resolution of any nonconformance in supplied material ensuring root cause and corrective actions are completed. You will be a key player working with leaders in Operations, Quality, Program Management and Engineering to solve problems on our nations most advanced defense systems. What You Will Do:•Utilize analytical capabilities and communications skills to lead rapid resolution of supplier caused issues impacting the factory, working with other quality functions and cross-functional teams.•Represent supplier quality as the onsite interface to Raytheon factories supporting factory tier, corrective action board, FRACAS (Failure Review And Corrective Action System), and cost of poor-quality meetings.•Analyze supplied material non-conformance data and develop action plans to address top and systemic drivers.•Investigate issues with supplied material ensuring robust root-cause analysis and corrective solutions are fully implemented•Identify and support continuous product / process improvements using statistical / analytical tools such as APQP and lean manufacturing methodologies•Drive continuous improvement and leverage lessons learned from supplied material non-conformances to reduce future risk across the supply chain•Determine quality requirements for special process purchase orders originating from the factories.Qualifications You Must Have:•Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)•Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in related Quality, Operations, Engineering or related technical discipline•Experience using Aerospace or commercial equivalent Preventative tools - APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, etc.•Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action processes•Experience with one or more of the following standards: AS9100, ISO-9001, AS9145•Experience with hardware inspection techniques and reading engineering drawings•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
