Project Administrator
As a Project Administrator, you will be responsible for performing administrative and technical tasks to support efficient operations of architectural and engineering projects. You will support the project manager (and other staff as needed) by performing a variety of tasks related to documentation, organization, and communication. Communication skills are vital, as you will need to communicate orally, via telephone, and email, ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner.
Skill Requirements:
Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
Experience with Jira Cloud and SharePoint is a plus
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or related experience (3 to 6 years)
Office experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Software Development preferred
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
